I recently tried out Vels Restaurant for a late-night study session snack delivery and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of their food. I recently dined at Appu Mushroom Point and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious Mushroom Fried Rice. As a vegan, it's always a struggle to find satisfying options at restaurants, but this dish definitely hit the spot. The mushrooms were perfectly cooked and the rice had a great balance of flavors.
