I had the worst delivery experience today. Here is the sequence of events. -I paid and order via magic pin. - I get a call from a random no (which is not the drivers no) that payment was not processed at the restaurant and that I'll have to pay once again. - I reach out to magic pin and they say that payment was successfully processed. - So then I block that random no - Driver reaches in 45 mins and then asks for OTP. I share. Then he reveals he is the person who called earlier. And that he paid at the restaurant. And he would only let me take the food if I pay him the same amt. - I tried reaching customer support. But they kept saying that I shared the otp. So according to them it was a successful delivery. - I tried for 20 mins, trying to chat with customer support. But no avail. - I was hungry so I paid the driver again and took my food - I may have been scammed by the driver. Or maybe the driver was right. But I have paid twice for my food. - I don't think I'll use this app again. Since this is the 2nd issue and I am loosing more money using this app than saving. I will stick to Zomato and Swiggy.
