I recently visited Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters and was thrilled to find that they offered Paleo diet options. I opted for their Vietnamese style iced coffee which was perfectly balanced and not too sweet. The scrambled eggs on sourdough combo was also a great choice, with the eggs cooked to perfection and the sourdough bread being the perfect texture. As someone who follows the Paleo diet, I was impressed with the options and the taste. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious Paleo
