I recently tried out Benjamin Bakes & Cakes and was blown away by their delicious Coconut Cookies! The texture was perfect - soft and crumbly with just the right amount of coconut. I could taste the freshness in every bite. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere only added to my enjoyable experience. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delectable treats. Highly recommend for any coconut lovers out there!
