This cave-themed restaurant and bar has dim lighting with large windows that give a scenic view of the city. The jungle theme also throws in dense tree-covered (artificial) dining sections with wooden furniture to explore an authentic wild dining experience. The faux tiger-skin upholstery on the chairs makes you feel like you are sharing a warm meal with Tarzan and Mowgli. Serving North-Indian, Peshawari, Afghani, and Mughlai cuisines, your family, especially your children, will like everything about Gufha.

I had the pleasure of dining at Gufha - The President Hotel and it exceeded my expectations! The Cream Of Tomato soup was especially delicious and I would highly recommend it. The service was friendly and the food was of excellent quality. A great overall experience!

#AfterWork The place is situated within “THE PRESIDENTS HOTEL” on the 5th floor and it’s a cave themed restaurant with dim lighting. Nice, if you like highly themed restaurants, not if you merely want a comfortable, well-lit space to dine in. At Gufha the menu says North Indian and Afghan, but forget the latter. The North Indian includes some fancily presented kebabs; in fact, over-the-top is the predominant style here. For the rest, it’s pretty predictable curries, quite rich and creamy, rotis and some biryani. Menu includes Ruswali Kebab, Pahadhi Kebab, Moshawa Soup, Arbi Chatpata Masala and a lot more. #WineDine#UniqueFood#ThatView
#UniquePlace This place has been on my ‘must experience’ list for a long time now. When ‘Gufha’ first opened its doors, it was highly raved about because of its innovative cave like ambiance. Even today people visit this place just for its different ambiance. I honestly didn’t expect much in terms of food as I hadn’t heard great things. As soon as we walked in the place certainly delivered on ambiance, the cave like theme is great. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the place is completely occupied so reservation is recommended. While few dishes were good, most were average. It felt like the chef wasn’t in a mood to please as they were getting customers regardless. Ruzwali Kebab: Chicken with cheese and mint, the combination works well together and is cooked to keep the chicken moist with a slight charred texture one of their better dishes. Murgh Patiala: An average dish not as rich and flavourful as it ought to be. Lal Maas: A decent attempt but needs some attention as it’s not the authentic version of the dish. We chose Kurmi Roti and butter Naan as accompaniments for the gravies ordered.
