I recently visited Cafe Noir and tried their 70% Dark Chocolate Pattissier, and it was absolutely delicious! The combination of the rich, dark chocolate and the perfectly baked pattissier was a match made in heaven. The pastry was flaky and light, and the filling was the perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness. The presentation was also top-notch, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend trying out this delectable treat at Cafe Noir.
