I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Five Star Chicken's Gottigere branch. I saw an offer on Magic Pin for nuggets at ₹9, but when I visited the branch, the cashier claimed the offer was expired and would be removed in 2 hours. Moreover, the nuggets were out of stock and wouldn't be available for 2 days. The next day, I saw the same offer with a price increased to 29rs. I called the branch to confirm availability, payment through Magic Pin, and the offer details. The staff assured me everything was okay. However, when I visited the branch again, the cashier refused to accept my order, stating they couldn't support Magic Pin. When I called the same number to complain, the staff member's wife answered, claiming her husband didn't speak proper Hindi and they couldn't assist me. This experience has left a bad taste, and I wouldn't recommend Five Star Chicken's Gottigere branch to anyone. Poor customer service and a lack of transparency regarding offers and availability are major concerns.
