I recently tried the Whole Wheat Desi Ghee Gobhi Paratha at Calcutta Victoria Chat House and it was simply fantastic. The paratha was perfectly cooked and had a generous amount of desi ghee, adding a delicious richness to the dish. The gobhi filling was also flavorful and well-balanced. Overall, I highly recommend trying this dish at Calcutta Victoria Chat House for a tasty and satisfying meal.
