I recently visited Daily Sushi and was delighted to find that they offer Paleo diet options in addition to their regular menu. I tried their Nigiri Sushi Combo Set and was pleased to discover that the Paleo version uses cauliflower rice instead of traditional rice. The taste was well-balanced and the fish was fresh.
