I recently dined at Chinese Oak and was pleased to find that they offer a variety of gluten-free options. The Mattar Polao was particularly good - flavorful and perfectly cooked. As a person who follows a gluten-free diet, this was a pleasant surprise. I appreciate that the restaurant caters to different dietary restrictions and takes the time to ensure their dishes are tasty as well.
