I recently dined at Hu Kebab and was delighted to find that they offer a variety of vegan options. Their Chicken Hariyali Kebab, made with soy protein, was a stand-out dish for me. The texture was very similar to chicken and the flavor was perfectly balanced. I appreciate that the restaurant not only has options for vegans, but also puts effort into their plant-based items.
