I recently tried the Plain Dosa at Basant Sweets and it was absolutely delicious. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was happy to find a place that offered such a tasty option. The dosa was perfectly thin and crispy, and the accompanying chutney and sambar added the perfect amount of flavor. It's great to see restaurants catering to different dietary needs.
