I recently dined at Maharaja Restaurant and I must say, their masala dosa was fantastic! The spicy potato filling inside the crispy, golden dosa was out of this world. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleased to find that the spice level in the dosa was just right for my taste buds. I highly recommend this dish to anyone who enjoys bold flavors.
