The rasgullas in particular were fantastic – soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture with just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, I had a great experience at Balaji Restaurant. The Chicken 65 was definitely a standout, with its delicious flavor and perfect spice level. The presentation of all the desserts and sweets was top notch, making it hard to choose just one. I also appreciated their wide selection of new and interesting dessert options.
