I recently tried the Veg Pulao with Shorba from City Heart Cafe & Bistro and I must say, it was a delight for someone who loves spice in their food. The shorba had just the right amount of heat to it and the pulao was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The combination of the two was a match made in heaven. I recently tried Dark Cafe and was blown away by their red sauce veg pasta. As someone who loves spicy food, I have to say it was one of the best pastas I've ever had. Not only was the spice level perfect, but the flavors were so rich and satisfying. The dish was also perfectly cooked, with the pasta being al dente and the vegetables still retaining their crunch.
