I recently tried the sabudana vada at Hotel Tirupati and I must say, it was really good! The vada was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a perfect balance of flavors. I also noticed that it was not overly greasy like some vadas tend to be. I highly recommend giving it a try if you happen to visit this restaurant. The sabudana vada at Hotel Tirupati definitely exceeded my expectations and I will be coming back for
