I recently visited Ruchira Veg and tried their Puran Poli Special dish. The Puran Poli was served with a generous amount of extra Puran, which I absolutely loved. The soft and flavorful Puran, combined with the crispy and perfectly cooked Poli, made for a delightful combination.
