I recently dined at Hummingbird Hotel & Banquet and I have to say, their Masala Khichdi was a standout dish. As someone who prefers vegan options, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious and flavorful combination of spices in the khichdi. The staff was also very accommodating and knowledgeable about vegan options on their menu. I highly recommend this restaurant for those looking for tasty and satisfying vegan meals. I will definitely be returning soon and sharing my experience on social media.
