I recently dined at Hotel Satluj and was delighted to find gluten-free options on their menu. The Makki Di Roti paired with Baingan Bharta was absolutely delicious. The roti had a perfect texture and the bharta had a good balance of spices. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I appreciate when restaurants provide tasty options for me. The service was also impeccable and overall, I highly recommend Hotel Satluj for anyone looking for gluten-free options.
