I recently visited Amritsari Haveli and was pleasantly surprised by their Gobhi Paratha with Curd. As someone who strives to incorporate more plant-based options into my diet, it was a refreshing and delicious choice. The paratha was perfectly crispy and the curd added just the right amount of tanginess.
