I recently visited Del Taco and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered Paleo diet options on their menu. As someone who follows a strict Paleo diet, I am always on the lookout for new places to try. I ordered their Sweet Paneer Pizza and it was delicious! The crust was made with almond flour and topped with a generous amount of fresh vegetables. The paneer added a nice touch of protein. I highly recommend this dish to any Paleo enthusiasts.
