I recently visited Mohan Lal Shop and was pleasantly surprised to find Keto diet options on their menu. I immediately tried the Kaju Malai Barfi and it was absolutely delicious! The rich and creamy texture paired perfectly with the nutty flavor of the cashews. As someone who follows the Keto diet, it can be difficult to find tasty treats that fit my dietary restrictions, but this barfi exceeded my expectations.
