I recently visited Aishwarya Sweets And Bakers and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of gluten-free options they had on their menu. I recently tried the pizza base at Gupta Bakery & Confectionery and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The base was perfectly crispy and flavorful. As someone who prefers healthy meal options, I appreciate that it was not greasy like most pizza bases. The portion size was also just right.
