I recently visited Das The Calcutta Special and was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of gluten-free options on their menu. The Chilli Paneer Roll in particular caught my eye and I must say it was delicious! The paneer was cooked to perfection and the gluten-free wrap was a nice touch. As someone who has a preference for gluten-free meals, I highly recommend this dish to others with similar dietary needs.
