I recently visited Bikaner Mishthan Bhandaar and tried their authentic Dhokla. I must say, it was absolutely delicious! The texture was perfect - soft and spongy, and the taste was on point with just the right amount of tanginess. The accompanying chutney added an extra burst of flavour. The ambience of the restaurant was also very pleasant. I highly recommend trying their Dhokla to all fellow foodies out there!
