After trying out multiple restaurants in search of the perfect aloo paratha, I finally stumbled upon Ashoka Hotel. The 2 aloo paratha served with a side of curd and pickle were simply divine. The parathas were perfectly crispy on the outside and stuffed generously with deliciously spiced potatoes. The accompaniments of fresh curd and tangy pickle added the perfect balance of flavors.
