Shri Balaji Sweets & Snacks is a dream come true for those with gluten-free dietary restrictions. Their Sponge Kesar Rasmalai is not only delicious but also completely gluten-free. The soft, spongy texture is perfect and the kesar (saffron) adds a beautiful flavour. As someone who often struggles to find gluten-free dessert options, I was so happy to discover this gem. I recently tried Golden Restaurant and was blown away by their incredible sushi and Japanese dishes. I couldn't resist ordering their Egg Butter Masala, which had the perfect balance of flavors and was prepared with such care and excellence.
