I recently visited Siddhi Vinayak Bakers and was pleased to find a variety of gluten-free options on their menu. The Black Forest cake in particular was delicious and I couldn't even tell it was gluten-free! As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I appreciate the effort put into creating such tasty options. Shri Balaji Sweets & Snacks is a dream come true for those with gluten-free dietary restrictions. Their Sponge Kesar Rasmalai is not only delicious but also completely gluten-free. The soft, spongy texture is perfect and the kesar (saffron) adds a beautiful flavour. As someone who often struggles to find gluten-free dessert options, I was so happy to discover this gem.
