I recently dined at Courtyard Kitchen and was pleasantly surprised by their amazing vegan options. The Risotto Al Funghi was a standout dish, with the perfect blend of flavors and textures. As someone who often struggles to find good vegan dishes, I was delighted by the quality of this meal.
