I recently dined at Bollywood Tadka and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a good variety of gluten-free options on their menu. I ordered the Gilafi Kulcha, which was absolutely delicious and gluten-free! The combination of minced vegetables and gluten-free bread was a perfect blend of flavors and textures.
