I recently tried the Kung Pao Prawns With Lantern Chilli, Peanut And Cashew Nut at China House, Hyatt Regency, and it was a delightful experience! The prawns were perfectly cooked and the combination of lantern chilli, peanut and cashew nut added a great crunch and texture to the dish.
