I recently tried the Kheema Paratha Quesadilla at Firangi Bake and it was absolutely amazing! As someone who follows a Paleo diet, it can be difficult to find options that cater to my preferences. However, this dish was perfect! The paratha was cooked to perfection and the kheema was flavorful and tender. The combination of Indian and Mexican flavors was a delightful surprise.
