I recently visited I'M Vadapav and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer a gluten-free option for their popular Schezwan Vada Pav. As someone with gluten preferences, I was excited to try this option and it did not disappoint. The vada pav had a perfect balance of spice and the texture was just right.
