I recently stumbled upon a gem of a restaurant called I'M Vadapav. Being on the Keto diet, I was delighted to see that they offer Schezwan Vada Pav as one of their options. I recently tried the cottage cheese in makhani sauce with malabari paratha from Beans & Leaves and I was thoroughly impressed! The dish was well cooked and bursting with flavor. The cottage cheese was perfectly cooked and the makhani sauce had just the right amount of spice. The malabari paratha was soft and flaky, making it the perfect companion to the dish. Overall, I highly recommend this breakfast option from Beans & Leaves to all my fellow breakfast lovers out there.
