I recently visited H.M. China King and had the pleasure of trying their hot and sour soup. It was a delightful blend of flavors, with just the right amount of spice. The broth was rich and hearty, and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. I could tell that the ingredients used were fresh and of high quality.
