I recently tried the Gobhi Paratha at Biryani and it was absolutely delicious! The flaky paratha was filled with flavorful cauliflower and the perfect amount of spices. As someone who prefers vegan options, I was delighted to find this dish on the menu. It was evident that it was made fresh and with high-quality ingredients.
