I recently visited Ghoomar Traditional Thali Restaurant and was delighted to find several vegan options on their menu. The Jodhpuri Gatta Pulao, in particular, was absolutely delicious with its mix of aromatic spices and perfectly cooked rice. The restaurant has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere and the staff were very accommodating of my dietary preferences.
