I recently tried the Rajasthani Dal Bati Chokha and was blown away by its flavors. The Paneer Bati Chokha, in particular, was a standout dish with its perfectly cooked paneer and spicy chutney. The dal was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of spices. The chokha was a delightful addition, adding a smoky flavor to the dish. I recently visited Ghoomar Traditional Thali Restaurant and was delighted to find several vegan options on their menu. The Jodhpuri Gatta Pulao, in particular, was absolutely delicious with its mix of aromatic spices and perfectly cooked rice.
