I recently tried out Hola Pasta - Fresh Gourmet Pasta and was pleasantly surprised by their options for vegans like myself. I ordered the Red & Yellow Pepper Alfredo Pasta and it was absolutely delicious! The pasta was cooked to perfection and the creamy alfredo sauce had the perfect balance of flavor.
