I recently visited McDonald's and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of healthy options they had to offer. I opted for the McSpicy Fried Chicken meal which came with 2 pieces of chicken, 2 orders of fries, and a McSpicy Chicken Burger. The chicken was perfectly cooked and had a great spicy flavor.
