Received totally cold chai with a bad taste and poha has bhujiya which is totally soggy and poha is also cold , I got my order in 1 hr due to which food items got cold and tasting bad now.

To late received, there is no fault of rider, it's magic pin app problem, actually in this app there is no options to cancel the order after the order. It's a big issue in this app, other apps has options to cancel th order

Chai Point is my go-to place for office lunches. The Mango Milkshake, in particular, is always a hit among my colleagues.
