Recently visited Nomad Pizza, a restaurant that specializes in Chicago Deep Dish Pizza from their Travellers Series. I was in the mood for something spicy and decided to try their Roasted Pepper & Corn pizza - and I am so glad I did! The combination of the fiery roasted peppers and sweet corn was a burst of flavors in my mouth. The crust was perfectly cooked and the cheese was gooey. I recently tried Nomad Pizza's Naples - Pepperoni Pizza from their Travellers Series and as someone who follows the Paleo diet, I was pleasantly surprised to find it had a Paleo option. The crust was made with almond flour and had a delicious crispy texture. The pepperoni was also of high quality and had a great taste. I recently tried the Sourdough Cherry Tomato Caramelized Onion Burrata Cheese Pizza from Nomad Pizza's Travellers Series and I must say, it was a delicious choice for anyone who loves a bit of spice in their food.
