I recently visited KFC and I am pleased to say they have updated their menu to include Keto diet options. The Double Down Burger was a standout, with its fried chicken "buns" and indulgent bacon and cheese fillings. As a Keto dieter, it can be hard to find satisfying options at fast food chains, but KFC did not disappoint.
