The agent at the booking centre was no willing to redeem the coupon and were forcing us to take the ticket for ₹150 more than the original value and saying that this ₹150 food coupon is mandatory to take.

Good but these vouchers are not redeemed like online voucher, because offline PVR counter minimum ticket is 250rs, that online shows only 150 +30 charge only 180rs. Show take care if try to buy,
